Do you forget where you left your keys? Do you forget why you walked into a room? These are common (and normal) memory slips that tend to happen more frequently with age.

In this five-week educational group program, participants learn about memory and how it changes with age. Participants also learn evidence-based strategies to improve memory and lifestyle habits to maintain brain health.
